A set of promotional pieces and business cards we created for our own company. We wanted a design that was simple and iconic. The simplicity of the design was matched by the complexity of materials and printing methods used. Different printed methods for each piece show our range of capabilities (letterpress, digital, stamp, binding, hot foil on pencil).
Our goal is to be different, to be a black sheep. We wanted a simple and iconic logo that showed our attention to detail. The business cards were letter pressed with a blind indentation on the back. The 220DTC Cranes lettra cotton paper we chose matched the look to the point.
This invitation suite was inspired by the beautiful tradition of saving love letters practiced by our mothers and grandmothers. To accomplish this effect, we created many pieces that stacked on top of each other and were wrapped like a bundle of letters. To enhance the feeling of romanticism, we used multiple elements such as feminine hues, flowers, delicate and clean fonts, as well as natural materials.
The illustrations were created based on the favorite song of the couple: Love in Bloom by Bing Crosby. A folded invitation card, RSVP postcard, map, envelopes, liners, stamps and seed paper hearts were set together as part of this wedding suite.
A pattern of fishes and bubbles in blue, green and yellow tones was illustrated to decorate this simple but fun invitation. The set includes a double side card, envelope and liner.
This birthday invitation is full of playful and colorful illustrations inspired by the fun of a picnic day.
The set includes a double side invitation card, envelope, liner and label.
The couple we did this invite for wanted a mix of illustrations and text that echoed the location the wedding was taking place at. The suite includes gold foiling over a digital background, digital printing on invites and RSVPs, and stickers for the envelopes.
The invite also features illustrations of the buildings around the venue and hidden lyrics to a song that has special meaning to the bride and groom.
For this baby shower invitation we wanted to create something colorful and fun! The palette color and illustrations were inspired by the shape sorting toys that we use to play with when we were little babies. To make the design a little more joyful, we added some party elements, such as garlands, confetti and musical notes. This set includes invitation card, RSVP card, envelope, liner and label.
This card was made as part of a surprise mother-daughter trip to Italy. For this work, we illustrated iconic tourist attractions of every place planed in their itinerary. To complement the look of the card, we created a pattern inspired in olive trees. We folded the piece in three parts and added a dedicatory from our client to her mother in the front of the card.
For this baptism, we wanted to create an invitation with the magic feeling of a starry night seen from the eyes of a child. Illustrations of yellow stars over a watercolor blue sky are present in every piece of the set, which includes invitation card, envelope and liner.
As request of the client, we included the design of a small card with an illustration of the Virgin of Guadalupe.
In celebration of the arrival of our first child, we made a baby shower invitation inspired by our love for nature and camping. Illustrations of Sequoia trees, bears and camping elements adorn this set that includes a pop-up invitation card, registry card, envelope and liner.
This set of menus and table numbers where created following the floral and delicate setting of this couple's wedding. Pinks and blues complement the natural cotton paper they are printed on.
The illustration for this thank you card was inspired by the motoraton, a means of transportation used in Colombia and many places of Latin America and India.
The wedding was taking place in Colombia, and we wanted to include something iconic of the country. Along with the illustration, you can find the word “thank you” written in the different languages spoken by the wedding guests. We consider this to be a special touch to recognize the effort made by family and friends that travel from far away.
Piece printed in gold foil over white cotton paper.
